So, we’re offering all web-enquiries a FREE review of existing manuals and FREE expert consultancy on how to improve processes and manuals.

This offer entitles you to a completely free detailed desk-review of your existing manuals (including operations manuals, franchise manuals, training manuals, product manuals and individual SOPs, etc.), a 1-3 page report with suggested modifications, and a free objective consultation from a manual-writing expert with your team (on Zoom® or Microsoft® Teams™) for up to three hours.

• The free HealthCheck includes:

  • Detailed expert study and review of any type of manual or standard operating procedure that you wish to send for review. (We will hold all materials sent to us in strict confidence and respect of copyright).

  • Our review of materials in conjunction with this offer is a ‘desk review’ – i.e. the offer does not include visiting an organisation’s premises to observe or comment on procedures or materials on site.

  • This offer extends only to the review of one batch of manuals once, it is NOT an ongoing service to review manuals ad-hoc. We will only review one batch of manuals for each client for free in 2024, subsequent reviews would be chargeable.

  • An expert from Manual Writers will feedback our findings and suggest ways to improve your manuals and processes in a 1 to 3-page detailed summary and in one objective consultation with your team through Zoom® or Microsoft® Teams™ at a time of your choosing, lasting up to three hours.

  • That consultation gives our feedback on improving your manuals – but we would also be happy to consult on enhancing procedures, training, business expansion, or franchising in the same meeting, should you wish.

  • We will mention, but NOT try to sell you, our services in that consultation. The aim is to give you good useable advice for free, if you want to use any of our services thereafter it’s up to you with no obligation. Let us show you what we can do to help first!

• We are not solicitors/lawyers, so cannot give legal advice pertaining to manuals. (But can share our experience in terms of best practice and minimising risk in the future).

• This voucher can be used for one batch of manuals submitted for a HealthCheck at any time before 31st January 2025.  (Thereafter reviews would need to be pre-engaged and would be chargeable).

• Only one voucher can be used within an organisation - i.e. we will only review one batch of manuals per organisation in 2024.

• No cash alternative or other free services alternative is available against this voucher.

• Vouchers will only be sent to enquiries received by midnight of 31st December 2024 and won’t be available thereafter.

• Vouchers are not transferable; each is specific to the enquiry we sent it to.

• Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively.

• Free services and or discounts only apply to our own services. We cannot apply any offers or discounts to any elements of services provided by external third parties or to any third party fees and costs that we have recharged, invoiced or commissioned on your behalf nor do discounts and offers apply to any agreed or external expenses.
